Nicky’s service is nothing short of outstanding. She is so helpful and always makes herself available to answer our queries quickly and efficiently and she also avoids using unnecessary jargon. In addition, she is very proactive, which saves both time and money – extremely important no matter what size of business you have. Her knowledge has always impressed us, as has her understanding of the day to day realities of running a business. She is an incredible asset to our team and we truly do not know what we’d do without her.
