Nicky’s service is nothing short of outstanding. She is so helpful and always makes herself available to answer our queries quickly and efficiently and she also avoids using unnecessary jargon. In addition, she is very proactive, which saves both time and money – extremely important no matter what size of business you have. Her knowledge has always impressed us, as has her understanding of the day to day realities of running a business. She is an incredible asset to our team and we truly do not know what we’d do without her. I’ve been with Worthwhile’s Accountancy for a short time having started a small business, which was a first for me. Really hadn’t a clue when it came to the accounting side of things; but these guys were friendly, professional and had the patience to explain everything to me. They are more than happy for me to pop into the office, as it’s local to me, which retains the human element lacking in so many business these days, but their online portal is just as easy to use too. Since starting out when Worthwhile was just one person we have had nothing but extremely good service. HMRC came in one day about ten years ago saying we owed them £5k and demanded it straight away - I called Nicky who produced our accounts right away which showed that HMRC actually owed us money.
